Core combination mat consists of a synthetic non-woven core, sandwiched between chopped strands (excluding binder) or multiaxial fabric, and stitch them together.

Applications

The core mat is compatible with Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin and Phenol resin etc. And it can be used for RTM, vacuum forming, molding, injection molding and SRIM molding process. It can be used for manufacturing cabin cover, auto, train parts, etc.

Packing

Product is manufactured in form of a roll wound on a paper tube and then packed in a plastic film and placed within a cardboard carton. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.

Storage

It is recommended that the fiber glass products should be stored in a cool and dry environment.  Recommended temperature range of storage is between 10 ~ 30 °C and relative humidity between 50 ~ 75%. The fiber glass should remain in the packaging until just prior to use.
