Continuous Filament Mat is made of continuous fiberglass strands randomly looped in multiple layers. The glass fibre is equipped with a silane coupling agent that is compatible with Up，Vinyl ester and epoxy resins etc and the layers held together with a suitable binder. This mat can be manufactured in many different areal weights and widths as well as in large or small quantities.

1) pull extruded material, and use continuous felt as the ring reinforcement material to make up for its deficiency.

Therefore, continuous felt is an indispensable reinforcement material for extruding extrusions.

2) RTM process, because the continuous felt has high adhesion strength, high volume of loose porosity,

moderate resin penetration rate and good erosion resistance, and is widely used in RTM technology.

3) automotive interior trim, continuous felt is mainly used for sun visor, rear window decorative plate, spare tire cover and fender.

4) dry type transformer, dry type transformer is mainly used for short cutting felt, but the continuous felt is higher than the

short cut felt, and the glass fiber continuous felt must be used on occasions and products with high intensity requirements.

Storage

1. Ambient condition: a cool & dry warehouse is recommended for CFM.

2. Optimal storage temperature: 15℃~35℃.

3. Optimal storage humidity: 35%~75%

4. Pallet stacking: 2layers are maximum as recommended.

5. Prior to use, mat should be conditioned in the worksite for 24 hours at least to optimize performance.

6.Once contents of a package unit were partically used. the unit should be closed before next use.
